Three steps to a printed pack

  1. Choose a template

Start from prompts written for offices, weddings or parties, or start blank.

  2. Edit your cards

Change the title and prompts, choose 3×3, 4×4 or 5×5, and set how many cards you need.

  3. Preview & download

Check the preview, then download one PDF with the cards and a host page, or print straight away.

Every card is different. Pick a color style and border for the event, add your logo to the center square, or switch to the black-and-white ink saver for the office printer.

Why icebreaker bingo works

Most icebreakers put one person in front of the whole room. Icebreaker bingo does the opposite: everyone talks to one person at a time, for a minute or two, about something easy. Each square on the card describes a person, such as someone who plays an instrument or has lived in another country. Players walk around, find someone who matches, ask a follow-up question, and collect a signature. Nobody has to perform, and quieter guests get a clear reason to start a conversation.

The game also scales well. A team of eight can play a 3×3 card in ten minutes before a meeting, and a conference crowd of two hundred can play a 4×4 card during a welcome reception with a timed finish. What changes is the grid size, how many times one person may sign a card, and how the game ends. Our grid and card count guide walks through those choices.

What makes these cards different

Every template on this site was written for a specific kind of event, from onboarding days to baby showers, and every prompt was checked against the same rules: easy to answer with a yes or no, no questions about pay, health, religion, politics or relationships, and nothing that would embarrass a guest who says yes. Every card in a batch is shuffled differently, so neighbors can’t copy each other, and the PDF can include a host page whose rules match the settings you picked. The cards are made in your browser; your prompts and titles are not uploaded.

Guides for hosts

Quick answers

What is icebreaker bingo?

Each square describes something a person might have done or enjoy. Players find someone who matches a square and ask them to sign it. It's a conversation game, not number-call bingo.

Is it really free?

Yes. Making, downloading and printing cards is free, with no account and no download limits.

Which paper sizes work?

US Letter (the default) and A4, with one card per page or two per page to save paper.

Do I need to install anything?

No. The generator runs in your browser and gives you a PDF you can print on any printer.
