Icebreaker Bingo Card Generator
Make find-someone-who bingo cards for a work event, wedding, or party. Choose a template, edit the prompts, and download a PDF of up to 100 different cards plus a host instructions page. Free, no sign-up.
How the generator works
- Choose a template. Start from one of 19 ready-made prompt lists for work, weddings and parties, or a blank card.
- Edit your cards. Change the title, add or remove prompts, pick a 3×3, 4×4 or 5×5 grid and how many cards you need.
- Preview & download. Check the preview, then download one PDF or print directly. Use US Letter or A4, one or two cards per page.
What you get
- Numbered cards with a title, a space for the player’s name, and a signature line in each square.
- A host instructions page written for the exact rules you picked: first line wins or most squares in a set time, and 1, 2 or unlimited signatures per person.
- Real text in the PDF (not a screenshot), so it stays sharp when printed.

Version 1 prints Latin-script text: English plus most Western and Central European accented letters (for example é, ñ, ü, ł). Other writing systems aren’t supported yet, and the editor will tell you if a character can’t be printed.
Questions
Are the cards really all different?
Yes. No two cards in a batch have the same prompts in the same squares, and no prompt appears twice on one card. Different doesn't mean equally easy: some cards may happen to suit your group better than others.
Is anything I type uploaded?
No. Your title, prompts and drafts are processed in your browser, and the PDF is built on your device. Saved drafts stay in this browser only.
Why do I need as many prompts as squares?
Each card uses each prompt at most once, so a 4×4 card needs at least 16 different prompts. Extra prompts make the cards more varied.
Can I make more than 100 cards?
Make a second batch: click Reshuffle cards and download again. Cards from two batches can occasionally match, so number or mark them if that matters.
